Return & Exchange Window: 14 Days
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We believe in keeping things simple — no complicated forms, no intrusive questions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- It should be in its original condition: unused (at least 90%), undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, accessories, or promotional items included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
If a product is used more than 10%, damaged, or returned beyond 14 days, it may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be:
- Credited back to your original payment method (Easypaisa or JazzCash, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (based on your preference).
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For standard returns or exchanges (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
